Macari Ice Cream Parlour has long been established. Almost 50 years! Macari’s also has a restuarant and fish and chip parlour.
This place is a very traditional coastal eateria. It caters for locals and especially all who visit this relaxed sea side resort.
The staff are very freindly, spacious seating, excellent service. From a nicker blocker glory, to fresh sandwishes all foods are very good. The fish and chips are fresh and tasty. One of the best in the area.
I always visit when in Herne Bay. Definetely recommended.

When ever I visit Herne Bay I always end up here for an ice-​cream. I was there on Good Friday and had a lovely tiramisu and white chocolate double ice-​cream — delicious! They have a good selection of flavours, its hard to choose, and you can have single, doubles, triples etc! so try as many flavours as you can! Its just over the road from the seafront so perfect on a lovely sunny day

Macaris is a great café on the sea front, and the food is great. The staff are very friendly and best of all, there is a great selection of ice creams served either inside the café or through the kiosk outside.
The place is always busy which says a lot for the quality of the food and service.
