you to exactly what will fulfill your needs. You never feel under pressure to buy, and all the staff members I have dealt with were quite happy to chat (other customers needs permitting!), and share some of their experiences using some, if not all of the equipmment they sell.
Most of the staff are themselves lovers of the outdoors and can advise you on camping, hiking or climbing, and can give you excellent first-​hand advice.
