Asquiths Teddy Bear Shop

This is a great shop if you have a friend or family member who is a teddy bear enthusiast.
Lovely person running the shop who does not feel the need to harass, and teddies from the size of your thumb (stocking stuffer) to the size of an adult.
The building is quite sweet, and although the prices are a bit high it is worth stopping in.

Teddy bear heaven.
I’m obsessed with Teddy Bears. Asquith’s is too. This seems like a match made in heaven to me.
Asquith’s is filled with teddies wall-​to-​wall. The workers (two that day) do not bother you as you roam around the store, gushing about the teddies and looking into their pearly black eyes.
The bears are pricey, but worth it. You’re buying a world-​famous, world-​cute, world-​amazing teddy bear that is worth every pound.

If your answer isn’t «A LOT, TEDDY BEARS FOREVER» this store might not be for you. However, if you said yes to that question, this is your heaven.

AND EVERYTHING ELSE EVER.
The prices are high but that’s because these are the best bears in the world. These bears will never leave you.
One thing to note, many of the bears have magnetized hands that then attach to their eyes as if they are scared. Walking through rows of scared bears makes you wonder if the owner becomes an evil witch and night and tortures bears for not being purchased. JUST A THEORY.

Ahhhhh … step inside and step back through time.
There can’t be many places around that you can still buy a Gollywog, and I don’t know anywhere near by that you can pop in and buy a Steiff (I’ve probably spelt that wrong — sorry)
Mind your head when you go in, as this is a lovely old building and be pampered by the incredilbly friendly and helpful lady running the place. Don’t bring the kids with you, or make sure you have your credit card with you — it’s impossible to leave the place without buying one of their delightful lodgers.
