I’ve been two or three times for celebration dinners. Restaurant 65 dinners are EASILY in maybe the top five of the best meals I’ve ever, ever had, and the service is incredible. The pork belly is fantastic. I’m not usually keen on wine pairings, but they really get it right in that department, too. It’s a small place, very intimate setting, and absolutely worth the cost. Last I heard, the restaurant owners were on a break — a visit to Hemel wouldn’t be complete without a visit here. Run, don’t walk!
