I’m probably not the best person to review Savannah. It’s not because I don’t like a drink or going out for a good time. Savannah is fine on both counts. It more comes down the fact that the bar it geared to the early twenty something punter.
This means that you will almost certainly find a young crowd on the weekends and the place can resemble a bit of a meat market. They will have DJ’s pumping out somewhat cheesy tunes and you will pay a bit over the top for your drink.
If I was ten years younger I would probably be raving about the place, but these days I would prefer to go to a pub or a big club event fora weekend night out. Saying that they do serve adequate food at lunch times and it can be a good place to enjoy a wind down pint after work on the patio out front.

One of several very similar places on the same street in Haywards Heath, this place pulls in the crowds on a weekend, but primarily becasue there isn’t a great deal of variety in the Haywards Heath nightlife scene.
Essentally, this is a big square room with tables, with little attention paid to design or style, beyond the obligatory laminate floors and chrome and fake leather seating. DJs crank up the cheesy house music at weekends while the punters knock back overpriced drinks.
On weekdays it tends to be fairly quiet, and they even have the odd quiz night, but really,. I’d rather find a proper pub.
