Nice location next to the river, very popular with families and reasonably good value– without wishing to sound too mean, the menu is a bit middle of the road, but this is Pembrokeshire, not central London. Definitely one of the better places to eat in the centre of Haverfordwest, particularly if you have children in tow.

Have been here for food twice and have been impressed both times. Today I went with family to have the carvery Sunday lunch and it was mighty impressive. Previously I have been to carveries where the portion of meat you receive is slim and one or two slices at best. Not that problem here, I had the Turkey and even when I had three thick slices of it on plate I was asked if I would like some beef. Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes where delicious as well, in fact the only complaint I have is that my stomach was to small to finish what I started. For £8.75 the price is more than reasonable and when taking the size of the portions into account it’s a bargain. I simply cannot fault the food, went down lovely with a cold pint of Worthingtons. My wife and I will be returning again and again If they keep this up. Word of warning, it’s better to arrive early for your sitting as due to the popularity of it the queue grew quite quickly and takes some time to filter the large numbers through.

Truly amazing for food and service. I can’t fault it. Lovely outside seating area next to the river. Myself and my friends normally start off here on a night out: P Friendly staff, they really make you feel welcome. The only bad thing I can think of(which should really not matter that much to be honest) is that the bar area is a little small, and can get rather cramped on a busy friday or saturday night. Having said that, after you have got your drink, then just go outside, or to the ample seating area.
