Great restaurant ! I had the rib eye, which was absolutely beautiful ! the place has a great atmosphere, even though it was fully booked we were still able to get great fast service and be able to talk to each other. I can’t wait to go back here during summer to experience the outdoor area Highly Recommend

Five stars to this lush place. Arrived here on a Sunday afternoon for a friends birthday celebration where we had a table booked in the restaurant. We arrived early and as the sun was shining we decided to have a few pre lunch drinks out on the decking. A great opportunity to soak up the October sunshine :) A waiter came out to tell us our table was ready but didn’t rush us at all. We were seated at a table at the back of the restaurant, which meant we had a good view of the restaurant. Our Irish waiter looked after us brilliantly ensuring we had everything we needed and offering us more drinks. We all decided to order starters — I had the venison which was delightful. Considering I never had it before I loved it. I then settled on a vegetarian dish of feta cheese, spinach and butternut squash cannelloni. It arriving steaming hot with slices of garlic bread. Very tasty and cheesy! The other parties in the group ordered roast for two — a huge wooden board arrived with meat, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, vegetables, crackling and gravy. There was compliments to the chef all round for those! We then moved to the bar area after settling the bill to continue with the drinking and had dessert. My white chocolate bread and butter pudding was was divine and very filling. The staff are a credit to this restaurant and bar really making sure they look after their customers. The décor is warm, cosy and modern too. They also have a beer garden too which is lovely on a Summers day.

The Waterman is a lovely little gastro pub situated on the outskirts of Warwick on the banks of the Grand Canal. The pub has a British menu and specialises in locally sourced food. The menu was interesting and varied, I went for the slow cooked pork belly followed by the lemon tart, very tasty! The pub is also beautifully decorated with big open fires and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
