This was my village butchers when I lived down in Hurstpierpoint. The meat on offer is brilliant with a whole range of classic cuts, simple meats and the more experimental flavours.
The staff are the real credit to the place which teamed with the choice, quality and cost makes this a firm favourite when I visit my mother. As an on-​off vegetarian I don’t drop in too often but this place is well worth a visit especially for locally produced products. Watch out though as they sell out fast in the run up to Christmas so get any orders in early early.
