Like most branches of TK Maxx, this one is both a treasure trove and a rubbish tip.
The staff do a pretty good time in keeping things neat, and with how busy the store is, that’s a benefit. There’s often such great deals to be had — but then you have to spend so much time pawing through racks and racks of, well, junk.
If you know you need something, that really helps. If you’re just coming for a browse, be prepared to spend an hour and end up with an armful of things you didn’t know you ‘needed’ (today, mine was maple syrup and 6 nail varnishes!) or stomp out in a fit of piqué declaring that they have nothing.
It’s a decent-​sized TK Maxx, with men’s, women’s, and children’s clothes, along with shoes, toys, home items, handbags, lingerie, and some foodstuffs nestled in the queue for the tills.

I really like this branch of TK Maxx as I have found some great things here. I particularly like the home ware section as they have a good selection of pots, vases and sauce pans. Sometimes this branch of TK Maxx has a big display of toys. These seem to be ‘end of lines’ but I have found some fantastic bargains including lego, playmobil and traditional board games. I have always found that if I see something I like in TK MAXX I have to buy it then as the stock turns over very quickly. I have found that a loyt of the goods are damaged from being handled ie boxes ripped open, parts missing, chipped cups etc. Definately worth a visit if you are in Harrow

I am not a big fan of T X Maxx as I don’t like rifling through lots of items in a haphazard fashioin only to find somethign but only in a size 30 or something. Still, if you have the time and patience to do this — and this is a very popular store so people do — then the one in Harrow is probably one of the better ones. It is spacious, bright and the items are laid out and labelled well taking some of the sting out of the process! I have never bought clothes from there as a lot of them seem slightly strange but maybe that’s just my taste! — but I have found some good baby toy/​clothes bargains and they have some quite original home stuff too.
The store is on the same floor as McDonalds if things get really bad!!!

This TK Maxx is always messy and busy. It’s very difficult to find anything. The shoe selection is quite limited. The childrens toys section is pretty good though.
I find that other shoppers here can be quite unfriendly — pushing past etc. Staff aren’t overly helpful and the tills can be very slow.

Not the best TK MAXX I’ve been to. If you live in the area you’d be better heading to the one in Watford, I always seem to find more there and the shoe section is double the size. The men’s section is also bigger. Alternatively Hammersmith is a good one too. I have been in the Harrow store lots of times for a good rummage and I never seem to find anything worth buying. Perhaps all the bargins are gone by the time I get there. For those that don’t know about TK MAXX, its a discount fashion shop which sells end of season ranges of well known labels/​brands and some designer stuff. You can find menswear, womenswear, kidswear, baby stuff, toys, shoes, kitchenware, homeware, fitness equipment, purfume and bagsplus more!!! I just dont think the harrow store is that great.
