I’ve had many meals at Le D2 and we were so impressed with it that our son held his wedding reception lunch there four years ago. Not been back recently but really must go again soon. The food is French /​continental, very appetising and nicely presented. Not the cheapest place to eat but mid priced and you come out feeling you have had a really good time. Service has always been very attentive but not intrusive.

D2 is a new restaurant in Harrogate, close to the international conference centre, and the car parks. We went there for a set price lunch, at £9.99 for three courses. All were exellent. Over the meal we were discussing how they could do it at the price. My pâté starter was superb, main course brilliant, and at the end a super cheese plate in the French manner. The price of drinks is not outrageous; you can expect to pay a few quid extra for a glass of wine or beer.
