I found this agency to be very pushy when we were looking for our house. I had a viewing with them on a property that I loved but they actually put me off of buying it with being so pushy. I got a phone call about an hour after I had viewed the property asking when i wanted to view it again with my partner. I explained that he was not even back from work yet and then they called back again two hours later to try and get the second viewing appointment! They also tried discussing what we wanted to offer for the property in this phone call — strange when my partner had not even seen it. even after they were told i would call them when ready to arrange a second viewing they kept calling! very annoying! On the upside they have a very good user friendly website and I am sure all of their agents operate differently and not all of them are quite so aggresive with their sales technique.
