Well the name on the outside has changed many times since it was first opened(although it has never been an Odeon despite what hannah179 believes). There has recently been a long overdue refurbishment which is reflected in the price increases. The seats are nicer and it appears some of the seating layouts have been changed. The staff remain disinterested, the auditoriums are still subject to self monitoring(i.e nobody bothers to check everyone is behaving themselves until somebody comes out to complain) and the floor is still sticky.

Cineworld in Harlow was previously and Odean, and since the take over/change of name not much has changed inside, which is a good thing. The layout of the cinema is good, with the ticket booth being close to the door. This means that if you are going in during the day to purchase tickets for a later showig you do not have to fight through crowds of parents attempting to buy their children pick and mix! There is a small bar upstairs which is handy due to the location of this cinema. The cinema is located outside of the main town, in the middle of a retail park. Kept clean and tidy, with helpful friendly staff.

This cinema is very dated and certainly needs a makeover! The seats are really incomfortable and alot of them are threadbare. The films always seem to be played so loud that they are almost deafening!

Despite being the biggest cinema in the town it is much smaller than most cineworld cinemas. It is also in need of much modernisation and some more enthusiastic and helpful staff. This aside it regularly shows half a dozen different films at any one time and is in a retail park with lots of places to eat and park.
