I am very disapointed with the customer services for this company. I bought a pair of girls DC shoes and found that one of the shoes were uncomfortable to wear due to the fabric bulking up, so I took them back hoping for an exchange or refund but was told I’d have to leave my shoes with them so they could send them off to the warehouse. This left me with no shoes for the rest of the week so I had to spend out on another pair and then when I returned I was told there was nothing wrong with them. I am very displeased with their services especially as their prices are not exactly cheap and I will not be buying from soletrader again.

A small branch which only sells a few shoes and I find they are mostly for men. I think their display stands are to bulky and if they displayed their stock on the walls rather then on free standing units they could fit more stock into the shop. The shoes themselves are overpriced and you can probably find the same ones elsewhere for far cheaper. I know the ever popular ugg boots are stocked here but the prices are inflated so do shop around. Its always busy in this branch so its best to go in during the week wehn its quieter.
