Absolutely unprofessional, heartless and disappointing. Never turned up for a booking to a 4 year olds birthday party. To make matters worse, they then never turned up to their «apology» facepaint for two little girls who had been promised this after being so sad the week before. Mermaids and Monsters you are disgusting, to do it once is bad enough but twice. Unbelievable! *avoid*
