Millies Cookies

I love these cookies! I love them so much that we (me and my boyfriend) buy a box of 12 different kinds and spend the whole day working through them. I haven’t found a cookie that even comes close to tasting as good as these do. Buy 1 or buy a box!

Aaahh I love Millies!
This store single-​handedly turned me into an obsessive Cookie baker in determination to get the perfect chewy cookie just like theirs.
Millies can be found in pretty much any shopping center these days and Bluewater is no exception — this store is one of two, the second is a cute little stall on the opposite side also on the ground floor. But this store is slightly more organised and better stocked.
The cookies are amazing (so addictive!), they seem to get the combination of chewy center and slightly crunchy edge perfect in every cookie. Flavours are:
*Milk Choc
*White Choc
*Double Choc
*Dark Choc
*Milk Choc & Toffee
*Raspberry & White Choc
*Oatmeal & Raisin
*Milk Choc & Orange
*Cherry
*Banoffee
*Apple and Cinnamon
Nothing extravagant, just simple flavours everybody loves.
Along with their cookies they also do Muffins, Hot Drinks, Milkshakes and even Ice Creams or a Birthday Cookie (2 giant cookies sandwiched together with icing and decorated with whatever you want) which is £19.99.
Staff here are friendly and very patient when you’re desperately trying to decide what you want. The only downside is the more you buy the cheaper they are so you’re more likely to buy and of course eat more than you actually want to. An individual is 99p (last time I had one anyway) and if you’re buying a box of 12 they end up being around 60p each. This might seem a bit steep for a cookie that’s no more than 3.5 inches but they are baked fresh throughout the day and if you join their email club you get regular coupons for BOGOF on cookies, drinks and muffins.
Oh. and just in case you’re wondering. Yes, I did perfect the recipe after dozens of attempts and lot’s of happy friends and family. Yay me.
