This lovely pub has relaunched under new management in 2014 — now called The Boathouse. Location is still stunning and the food has gone upmarket (with the prices). Well worth a visit.

A nice pub right by one of the Broads, though I can’t remember the name of it. Has a small bar area and, on the day I went, a carvery at the back. It also has a large outside seating area which is very popular. Food to feed the ducks is sold in the pub and you can also hire boats. Moorings are available, I think, for the boating holiday maker. Gets very busy in the summer, but they had a lot of staff on and coped very well. Sells real ale too.
