Jesus fucking christ! I knew the kangaroo burger was aged but I diddnt think it needed another five minutes to sit on the counter or maybe it was so the chicken could go cold.
Our waiter (of the dozen or so people who came to our table) Julian diddnt seem to know what a kangaroo was so kept rambling about an ostrich although I must say the complaint process was outstanding I asked one waitress (no name tag) if she could chase up my order and I was told its on the counter when I explained it had there for five minutes she gave me the look of someone being asked for directions to the nearest gay mosque.
