Sainsburys Supermarkets

When I need a Mini Lovetub (yes, need), Innocent Veg Pots, or pretty much any groceries, this is my choice of supermarket in Grantham. If you are in the town centre, it isn’t as convenient as Morrisons, but when you are driving and want to avoid the centre of town, this is convenient. My only complaint… when I go shopping, I prefer to go at times when the store isn’t very busy (I like to avoid supermarket rage…), but then many of the shelves are bare.
However, I do love that they have an ATM (because you cannot use a non-​chip and pin card in the self-​checkout line) and they also have a dry cleaning service which is quick and fairly cheap. However, be careful as the floors are slick… can’t tell you how many times I have come close to eating floor.

Sainsburys, what more can you say, ASDA may be cheaper and Morrisons in town too, however quality is obvious and the layout straight forward with a café serving a nice selection of meals toilets cleaned on a regular basis

Definitely my favourite supermarket in Grantham, if not a tad pricier than Asda or Morrisons. The staff are generally helpful and friendly and there’s a great variety of fresh and frozen produce. The freshly baked breads are fantastic!
There are generally less queues than at other Grantham supermarkets, particularly Morrisons.
