1: the staff are rude and do not even attempt to smile or make eye contact in your presence
2: the coffee is crap (not their fault)
3: the place is always dirty
4: there are no value added services to attract you
5: there are always people shouting from one side of the place to other
6: while the staff are ice to customers they. Don’t know, they are more than happy to reward friends with free coffee and discount.
Don’t go there. Go to Panini on Westgate. I’ve reviewed that too.
