Brilliant butcher, staff friendly and the meat is superb.
The butcher knows where the meat comes from and it is all locally sourced. Ask him and he can tell you the farm the animal was reared on!
Asked how to cook some pork spare ribs, he came up with a couple of ways and also packed them in a cooking bag so I could boil them. What service!
You can order any meat and he will get it for you.
He will be doing my Christmas meat!
Dont go for the supermarket rubbish (Waitrose aside), if you are local go and buy your meat from this place.
We have had ribs of beef, steaks before and they have been awesome!
