The Cardiff Bay Marnia

If you have a boat this is a lovely calm and relaxed marina to moor one in. My dad had one and has now sold it, but he moored in that marina for ages. For a month it costs £220 to pay to keep it there.
And with good reason for there is plenty of places to travel to on them that aren’t too far away. We went to Skomer Island which has loads of Puffins living on them at certain times of the year. The marina has a place where you go to register your boat and get your keys to go in and out of the place as it’s an automatic lock.
There are toilets and showers to use and to be able to wash up in. There also a shop to buy your local groceries for an everyday need. You can stay there over night for a small cost. You do need to go to the centre place and get your electricity, gas and water switched on. They will tow you in you get stuck by the lock or somewhere else nearby. I recommend to all boat owners.
