On my way elsewhere for a sandwich, I passed Yummylicious and spotted their sign advertising £1 for a takeaway, freshly ground, coffee. With sandwich in hand I ventured in & ordered a cappuccino. The girl was very pleasant, offering to put sugar in, asking if I wished chocolate on top (fyi: no chance! A personal bug bear of mine when places don’t ask) The coffee itself is good, strong coffee and is a well made cappuccino. Very tasty! As I waited, I got the opportunity to ogle the home made cakes, cheesecakes and biscuits on display. Oh my word! I don’t eat chocolate so a lot of it was wasted on me but for those of you who do, ferrero rocher cheesecake? Malteaser slices? They even had a range of hand decorated Halloween biscuits, which looked like they were empire biscuits in disguise. I’ll definitely be going back for more coffee, complete with my loyalty card, and next time I’m buying CAKE!
