I could not be happier with the service I received from TLC. Stuart worked tirelessly to sell my flat. I had initially been wary as the price was so much lower than estate agents locally. Stuart spoke at length with me to reassure me and everything he said was true. Nothing was too much trouble, he did most of my viewings and was always available to speak to me if I had a question. There was a number of difficulties with the sale, but Stuart and his team worked really hard to get a great price for my flat. I would highly recommend TLC to sell your property.

I only used TLC letting agents through a recommendation by a friend that said that he used them and never had any problems. I had used them for a year when l realised that l had a problem, when filling out a tax return that l had not been paid any rent that was due. Staff told me lies and to check again l did check and was right l had not been paid any rent. I had an issue with a water tank and they had it replaced that was not a problem but they had emptied the contents into the downstairs flat and didn’t tell me. when l asked for a copy of a receipt or bill for the tank none could be found staff told me two different amounts of what l was charged for. when l inspected the flat and took a look at the water tank the certificate had not been filled out only a signature. Overall poor communication some staff where nice but others did not have a clue what day it was avoid these people if you can crooks.
