The Union Shop

A decent wee shop located in Strathclyde Universities Student Union building with loads of snack, cigarettes and stationary.
It’s open almost all of the time and saves a decent walk to a nearby shop.
If you’re on the soft stuff, this is a good shout when the bar gets busy.
It’s not the cheapest shop, but they have a captive audience in there so they can get away with it.

If you’re in The Union, having a game of pool and fancy a packet of crisps, you can pop next door to this handy little shop, where you’ll find everything that you would expect from a newsagent and more.
This is a cheap and cheerful stop for lunch too, with filled rolls from £1 and a decent selection of wraps and sandwiches. There’s a pot noodle machine with which you can fill your purchased pot for the ultimate stereotypical student snack.

This is found on the 3^rd floor of the union. It carries all the essentials, and a particularly wide range of crisps.
I always get a padlock for my locker at the start of every year. It also sells labcoats and Strath Uni hoodies. It’s pretty expensive, though it’s the best all-​purpose shop this near the uni.
