I agree with Gareth that one Superdrug is much like another but I noticed something about this particular Superdrug that sets it apart from all the others; the music. That’s right, this Superdrug plays ACTUAL music, not terrible cover versions like every other Superdrug seems to. I remember being in a branch in town where I’m sure I heard dogs barking in the back of a badly recorded track — terrible. I didn’t need any ear plugs in this one though due to the music sounding like it’s supposed to and it made browsing all the more pleasant. The have a good range of make-up in this branch including Gosh, NYC colour and Scarlett and Crimson for the teeny boppers. Even though the music is better, I still think the selection of the Superdrug’s in town is a lot better but this one will still suffice and the staff are friendly too, so four stars.

One Superdrug is much like another: this one competes with the Boots for all of your shampoo and mild painkiller needs. I have noticed that this Superdrug has got good service, though: the queues never get too long and the security guard likes to smile and help out. It has more of a local shop feel to it than other branches, which is quite surprising and disarming. That said, there aren’t any surprises to be found in Superdrug’s stock.
