Don’t expect a normal Starbucks service here. The coffee shop is understaffed and while the staff trying to cope best they can, the service is rushed and the waiting long. The place is messy and the offering poor. If you have time, the Starbucks at arrivals is much bigger, better stocked and with more staff.

If you are looking to grab a coffee before your flight then Starbucks is always a good option. I don’t find them overly efficient but in that same vein I can’t complain as they were reasonable with time it took to make a coffee. I had a egg sandwich with my latte and I found some of the egg still frozen. It was also 9am and they had already sold out of salmon cream cheese bagel. I Would have expected them to stock faster and keep things going but overall it was an average experience.

In the past you had no other option but to come here for a coffee/tea as there where very limited options available with the prices setting you back 25% more than a regular starbucks store and sandwiches setting you back £5.00. Tables are always filthy and never cleared. The worsted thing about this franchise is that they do not accept prepaid starbucks cards for some reason, and for that i avoid them like the plague.

Friendly service and clean, but the coffee tasted a little over cooked for my liking. Great place to relax while waiting for a flight coming from heathrow, because it will most likely be delayed.

The filtered coffee. Let me start. £1.95 on the high street. £2.25 here. 30p more. I know what you are thinking. It’s an airport right? There is a Tesco near here in the airport, that charges no more than the high street. So why is Starbucks charging more? Greedy. Considering that they pay no tax, it is shocking that they would charge more. And this is the before security part of airport too. So it is shocking. Take a note from Boots. Even through the security, they still charge the same as on the high street. This franchise or whatever it is, is a rip off. Save yourself money. Buy a chilled coffee from Tesco for a fraction of the price.

I’m not a Starbucks fan at the best of time. This one is tucked away by WH Smith and it’s pretty small. I stopped in to look for food that was gluten free but every single item was a pastry, roll or biscuit. Sad times. It’s very pokey so I imaging the queue would be a nightmare when it’s busy! That being said, it’s the only takeaway coffee option here so beggars can’t be choosers.
