Having rented for a number of years now and in that time moved quite a number of times, i’m well aware of the importance of a good lettings agency if you decide to go down the non private route.
For our last couple of flats we have decided to go with agencies in the hope that it would cut out some of the work involved in flat hunting… did it? well, a wee bit. However, i have to give credit to these chaps as they have been pretty easywork for the last year now, and have done anything we have asked of them, which is alot more than some of the cretins out there in this industry.
Good ones are hard to find… this is a good one, i found it.
