Regent Studio is a combined barber shop, nail salon, and tattoo parlour but being a bloke with no great compulsion have either a manicure or a tattoo, I can only comment on the hairdressing service and that is first class.
This is an old school barber shop with a great ambiance and the owner, Paul, is a skilled barber. Whilst none of my haircuts have been very taxing for him, I have seen other people having less traditional cuts and no-one has left disappointed. The prices are good for the city centre and there is a loyalty card scheme which gives you one free haircut after you have paid for five. I’ve started taking my son here as he much prefers the atmosphere and the haircuts he gets in comparison with other hairdressers.
Hot towel shaves are also available. I have been going to Paul for a haircut for years and that says it all.

What a great service. Paul (I think that’s his name), is the owner and couldn’t be more welcoming/helpful or talented. I took my son in early last year and he hasn’t went anywhere else since. This guy is sooooooo up to date with styles and gives great advice too. When my son wanted to try a new style before Christmas which didn’t require a lot of cutting, Paul didn’t take the full cost of a normal haircut. I would love him to be so busy as he is so talented, honest and friendly. Well done on an excellent serviceMeg
