I had a £100 worth off shopping when an old miser had under off £10 off reduced shopping im not complaining about to the lovely checkout operator a little indian boy always so polite everytime wee have been in the shop, so cause off this Horrible Customer who was moaning thats not adding up on the till, we left all our shopping due to time waiting, i really felt bad to this lovely check-out operator. But since this, next time we went back they were soo nice they directly us to Another Check out, £100 loss over £10 due to no other checkouts available, I work in a shop 21 years that would fail customer services

Our local though we tend to go further afield to Sainsburys due to the loyalty scheme we use. Handy for a large, local shop though.
Hint — as with other supermarkets, it’s worth signing up to ClickSnap on your phone and combining this with in-store offers. Cash back plus discounts sometimes mean you actually get *paid* to take stuff home!

If you are in store about half 7 at night and you hear a cow bell, head for the hot food counter at the top of the shop — they discount all sorts of spit-roasted hot food goodness there!

Great shop, great variety, lovely fresh fish counter, and butchers counter. Not forgetting the bakers shop. Tired and hungry after shopping? pop in and try their instore café, its relaxing and its coffee is second to none, with lots of breakfast/lunch/dinner food, cooked fresh. Good bargains for children eating in with adult for dinner during the week. All in all, a great shop.
