A huge shop which is great to just have a wander around or to find that elusive bit of this or that. But beware, they have many tempting, shiny things and you may end up leaving significantly poorer than when you entered!

Hi this store is great as I get my card making stuff from it is always stocked with everything you need it also houses demos most weekends.

I have to be honest this art shop is my favourite in Glasgow although its normally a bit out of the way for me to get too as i normally walk past art store on Queen St to get to it. They have a wider range or pretty much everything, the shop is more open, there is more walking room and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever i go in there i know i will find exactly what im looking for and normally much better prices.

Millers has been on the go for decades, but what I have always appreciated about them is that they cater to every level and every type of art. There are a number of kits for beginners in various areas, which all come in box sets and guides to get them started. They also sell high quality oil and acrylic paints, not to mention face paint, heavy duty body paint for performing artists, and marker pens specially designer for Manga graphics.
I stopped by today to pick up some supplies — I can’t tell you what, I’m making something special for Stuart. The finished article is going to be fabulous. What I can tell you is that I was not disappointed with the way this place is signposted, and the amount of supplies they had on offer.

If your a really weird person and find it enjoyable to watch a fully grown Canadian female adult jump up and down and up and down and up and down and… well you get my point, then just get in touch and i’ll let you know the next time my wife is planning a trip to this heavenly heaven like store.
These guy’s appear to know there stuff, with a huge range of arty and crafty like materials and tools… ok so i know nothing about this kind of stuff and would rather spend the little free time i actually have drunk or sleeping or sleeping whilst drunk.
However, if your a productive type person who enjoyed this kind of malarkey then i would fully recommend getting your bottom along to Millers, it carries the «Fully Grown Up Canadian Female» mark of approval, which must mean something.

Millers is a great art store and whether it’s paint brushes, paper, easels, paints, crayons, craft sets or any other art material you will find it here.
I used to come here when I was younger to get those paint by numbers drawing sets where the finished product would make me feel like a young Picasso. Well, it kept me entertained for a good few hours anyway.
I recently started making cards for special occasions and they have a great collection of stickers, stamps and ribbons downstairs which are perfect for making pretty cards. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their products and you can tell that they all have a real passion for art. The shop is bright and well laid out so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.
Even if I’m not looking to buy anything I sometimes come into Millets for a wander around for some inspiration. When I do this though I usually end up buying something that I don’t need, last time I bought a packet of googly eyes… I’m sure they’ll come in handy one day.

A cracker of an Art Shop that is particularly popular with art students in the many surrounding Universities and Colleges in Glasgow.
There are alot of things in here, including a great range of inks and paints as well as paper and pencils. I recently topped up on good high quality paper (with high quality prices!).
The selection is excellent across the board with alot of stuff that I don’t even know the name of so I won’t even embarass myself by trying to find appropriate labels for them. ‘Crafty stuff’.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always busy which is a good sign, particularly given there is another rival store just up the road that is also excellent.
Well worth a look.

If the art store is the young and trendy art student, then Millers is its much wiser and more experienced older sibling. I really like Millers, due to its huge selection and helpful staff, who are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and on hand to advise you on what items are the best to buy.
I went here recently for a uni project, looking for all sorts of boards, paper and crafty things. I had scoured the town looking for things, only to find that they were too pricey or unsuitable. I was pleased to eventually pop into Millers, where I was able to find everything I needed from their great selection, and then some. I left with a bag full of goodies, including everything I needed for my project, and some other bits and bobs that had caught my eye along the way. My flat looked rather interesting for a while after that, with my «creative» ventures strewn around and stuck on the fridge like a proud child’s messy paintings.

When my mum comes to Glasgow there is always one place we have to visit without question every time — Millers. As a craft obsessive she is like a child walking into a toyshop. This place has everything you could ever want in terms of craft, art and technical materials and I even find myself feeling all creative as I wander through its two floors.
The thing that my mum raves about is the ‘fill a box’ which allows you to fill a rectangular box full of all different types and colours of card and paper to suit your needs. As long as the box closes then you get it all for £7.25 (or £5-​odd for a smaller box). The concept is unique and it is the only place in the vicinity that I know of that does this.
They also do a ‘bonus card’ — you get 10 points for every £1 you spend which you can later redeem against some of your favourite goodies. 1 point equals 1p so you are essentially getting 10% off every time you spend.
My only qualm? The prices. A lot of their products could be found online on crafty websites for about half the price.

if you’re an art school student, you’re best using their in house millers to be honest.
however, this one is much bigger (for example they have the mighty tervakoski sketch roll!) and the staff know their product. i make a point of asking for what i need straight away, so as to avoid aimlessly wandering the aisles in search of that elusive 0.13 pen nib!
they have a great student discount available as well. thoroughly recommended!

This is a good arts and craft shop located just off of Argyle street. It is easy enough to find and the shop is inviting with nice window displays which appeal to those like me who enjoy arts.
The shop itself as you walk in can be quite tight if there are any prams or wheelchairs. The selection of stamps for stamping/​embossing is good and the powders etc. are all located within the one area and easy to find. They also stock various stickers and scrabook materials.
The upper floor accessed by stairs will take you to a range of various papers, cards all different colours and sizes.
They also have paints, pens and some cross stitches as well as glue, ribbons etc.
You should find what your looking for here but it seems a bit less organised upstairs than it does downstairs. If there is something you can’t find don’t be afraid to ask the staff are friendly and approachable.

Millers is a family run business that has been on the go since 1834. The shop is situated in Stockwell Street along the road and round the corner from Argos.
I love this shop. It’s on two levels. Downstairs is the card making, scrapbooking and stamping products. Upstairs is the real treat though with a huge range of art supplies, paper and every craft supply imaginable. I went in looking for paper and came out having spent several hundred pounds on a range of card making materialsyou have been warned.
The staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly; nothing is a problem for them.
If you’re looking for art or craft supplies then you would struggle to go to a better place.

looks good when you walk in the door, but eyes wide open at what they have when you wander upstairs.
