The Kebabish approach– grilled, not fried– makes this chain a cut above the usual take away: the meat is dry, not in a bad way, and tender and the spices are allowed to sink into the food, making it hugely satisfying. Given the quality of service and the friendly environment, I was very surprised to find out that this was a chain: the cleanliness and high décor might have been a clue, but I was suckered by the charm and enthusiasm of the staff. All of their restaurants are worth a punt, but this one is usually quite quiet, so gains an extra star!
