I run a small community interest company, not for profit. We take people in for work experience from a variety of backgrounds from mental illness to ex offenders. Creative Oceanic have taken £750 from me in July this year (5 months ago) which I spent in good faith to take my extremely hardworking team out to celebrate our ‘nomination’. They have refused to refund it even after many phone calls and emails. DO NOT give them money. Ever. As with other reviewers I will contact the police and report them, and will try to get the money back. It is shocking that they can get away with this.

I’m sure these people do organise fabulous events, but part of their business model appears to be cancelling them at the last minute and then not giving refunds. We’ve been chasing and chasing for months. They say the cheque’s in the post, it’s been sent by recorded delivery, it’s been lost in the post. They’re lying. They’re liars, cheaters, fraudsters, scammers.
