James from better contracts accepted £1000 to erect a garden fence (panel type) on 09⁄08 it is now 06⁄09 and fence is still incomplete. Panels are waving around in the wind as they are only hanging on by 2 screws! Cannot contacts James or anyone else from better contracts. A recorded letter sent to the address on this entry re a complaint made to my local trading standards office has also been returned as addressee unknown. BE WARNED.
