I was charged £140 for a repair that didn't do anything. A "new" cable was attached to my aerial and connected with the wrong tape - all for a mere £140. Trying to get someone to come back and repair the original work was also challenging - a premium rate number for customers? I engaged with another company to repair the fault. I got a whole new aerial for £200. Avoid these guys like the plague. They seem to operate under multiple names which also gets alarm bells rjnging.
