What a wonderful dinner! We were on our way back to London and needed to stop for a quick bite and happened upon this through Unilocal.We had wonderful food and service in a lovely setting. We had a delicious mushroom soup with mains consisting of rib eye and salmon, both well cooked. Great wine choices and the bread was was soft and tasty. Couldn’t resist dessert of the apple-​rhubarb crumble with custard, which was a delight. All in all, it was a wonderful evening that almost made us think about staying there the next time we were nearby.

Stayed here for a few nights during a holliday. Great service, excellent breakfast, good food, nice wine. Friendly staff /​owner, working hard to make things even better. Good value for money.
