Good range of carpets from cheap through to very expensive. There seemed to be an area offering room sized remanants near the rear, but we can never seem to get there as over enthusiastic Sales people accost you as soon as you set foot in the place.
Whilst this is initially welcoming, it starts to feel oppressive especially when you want to be left alone to consider your choices and discuss these in private! Carpetright across the way are no better at leaving the shopper to browse and it all feels like a hard sell at both these stores… perhaps they are feeling the competition with each other?
Similar to every other Storeys Carpets store you’d visit, but with pushier staff.
