Mmmmm Chocolate. Lots of chocolate and in just about any shape/size/flavour combination you can imagine. Bit expensive though.

Very stylish shop which reflects the stylish and expensive chocolate that is sold inside! You need incredible willpower not to sample and then buy. Great for gifts and even although they are expensive even the smaller items are beautifully presented so you could choose something special for around the price of an ordinary off the supermarket shelf box of chocolates.

Take some cash to this place as if you take your card you will be going home with a heaving bag of goodies and a lot less money. This place has some seriously good chocolat the stuff that makes you go mmmmmmmm that was so good. Toungue tingling goodness that costs. It is really hard to decide what to get in this place so you end up picking up more than you mean to. If I was to recommend something it would be the berry chocolates as I am the type of girl who likes it fruity. The soft rich centres are marvellous if you are more of a solid girl than the different chocolate slabs are great and they do minature ones for you to try. They have a website so I find the best thing to do is look at what you want before you go get in there get what you came for and get out without getting distracted

Hotel Chocolat is a luxary chocolate shop. The chocolate is delicous but extremley expensive, it makes an ideal gift as it is very fancy and tastes wonderful. I would not however be able to justify spending so much money merley on chocolate.

I’m not a chocolate aficianado so this shop doesn’t send me into raptures like it does many of my friends, but it’s a great place to get a thoughtful gift. Very high quality chocolate in some amazing flavours and combinations, beautifully presented. You can use Metrocentre gift vounchers here. Don’t go if you’re already hungry or you’ll spend a fortune!

I love visiting Hotel Chocolat! I think its located in the red section, but don’t quote me on that! From the outside of the shop, the window displays always look fabulous and as soon as you walk through the doors the smell of chocolate just hits you in the face! Everything I’ve tried tastes really nice, the only problem is that one piece is never enough! I can recommend the Chilli and orange flavour ;) the staff members are really friendly and the atmosphere in the shop is really nice. If only other retail chains showed as much care towards their customers!

wow the chocolate here is fabulous, you get a lovely smell of it as you walk past and you can see through the window all the amazing chocolate in different forms. Really expensive for what u get though but the staff are dead friendly. I love the packaging of this chocolate and it really does make a good gift. Sometimes there are tasters standing in the doorway. worth a trip just to sample this great chocolate! This company have a really good reputation, if you order online you pay a heffy delivery fee but u can sometimes find good discount codes online.

Some people just love chocolate. And if you do, you really do! This shop in the Metrocentre is not exactly for you yourselves, but for your friends and family. Because it’s the perfect place to buy chocolate that is gift quality. Anyone you know who loves chocolate can be easy to buy for from now on — every birthday and Christmas! The range includes all shades and many, many flavours. It is very well presented, and well made. Naturally, this means it is expensive — but that’s what makes it a gift shop. It is not somewhere you’d be likely to just pop into any time you get a bit of a chocolate craving. That’s what your local newsagent is for.
