Do not stay here! All advertised are near lies. Hotel says it is 2 miles from Heathrow-if you are a crow. With bad airport traffic, which we had, it was a 30 minute drive for £30($ 45). They also say they have an airport shuttle– but FROM the airport. The shuttle in the am is £8($ 12) and only on the hour. Wu-fi is extra of course. So by this time my transportation and wifi equaled my room. Finally, I decided to stay by the airport(rather than remain at my friend’s flat) because I had an early flight). After all that I am still a ½ drive from hotel to airport. Many reasonable other places near the airport.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First, when I arrived, they told me that my card has been declined. Which is absolutely unacceptable, because I have booked the room weeks before the arrival date and did not receive any notification that my card was declined. Therefore, I did not bother bringing cash(pounds!!) along. Second, when I asked for internet to be able to contact someone to solve the problem, they said that it is 10£ per day. Since I had only euros upon my arrival I offered to pay euros and they refused. I offered to charge it to the room and they refused, I even asked the person at the reception to exchange my euros and she refused. And third, which is wansin!!! When I finally managed to get to my room, I lift the toilet seat, and what do I see? A shit!!! This is how they clean the rooms before guest arrival! Absolutely not recommended to anyone!!!

Two stars is generous for this hotel… Location: this location is great if you want to be very close to the airport but far from everything else it was about £50.00 by über or mini cab to get to Piccadilly or to the city of London. The overground train is a short walk away and it will be around £8.00 per day to get around. Service:the service here is terrible to say the least we payed £20.00 for wifi for one week. The wifi is horrible you can not stream a movie and you are logged out and have to re-enter your log in info each and every time you want to access the Internet. The lift aka elevator squeaks while in use and I was hit by the outside service door of the lift. When I told management about the defective door he acted as if I was not telling the truth. Wow. Room service entered out room three times as we slept to attempt cleaning as we told them we were not ready for our room to be cleaned. I can go on and on about the poor service at this hotel but I feel as if I am beating a dead horse. They seem to get plenty of business from airline staff as they pass thru Heathrow for the night in other words they can keep up the pour standards and not need your business … Don’t be cheap as I did stay closer to the city and save the money you will use to travel back and forth. Pros: Short walk to above ground train Close to Heathrow airport friendly neighborhood shops close by Cons: No hot water, rude staff, ice machines on every floor broken, broken irons, windows that don’t open, train noises all night long. Did I mention a rude staff in the hospitality industry is the worst thing ever

Wenn man keinen besonderen Wert auf gutes Frühstück legt, sondern nur Verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden sein will und übernachten möchte ist man hier durchaus gut aufgehoben.

I stayed here with a large group of teens and my husband during our 3 day visit to London. This hotel is way out of the way from the city center, but a short 5 minute walk to the train station. It takes about 30 minutes to get into town. Since we arrived early Sunday morning, we stored our luggage in a room and got ready to explore London. Upon returning to the hotel later that day, they assigned our rooms, but didn’t realize that they were already occupied by another group! Oh dear. We quickly switched rooms and they offered to give us the full English breakfast. Breakfast was OK. They messed up and forgot to give us the full English breakfast. The kids had to walk past the hot eggs and sausage and had cold cereal, yogurt, and bread instead. I was happy that they had fruit for me to take! Wifi is super expensive! 10 pounds per day! Yikes! Because of the mix up at breakfast and the rooms, they were able to give me wifi access for the duration of our stay. The room wasn’t large, but it was comfortable. It was really hot in it though and we weren’t able to open the window. I actually slept fine. Bathroom was clean and not scary. There’s a spot for you to hang some clothes and store your luggage. The walls are kind of thin. There were three other groups staying in the hotel and some of the kids were making so much noise at night! Yikes! Overall this hotel has a good location to/from the airport and though it’s far from the city center, it’s easy to get there. Not sure about the Feltham neighborhood so be aware of your surroundings. No free wifi, but there are many places downtown with access. It’s nice to disconnect from your gadgets once in a while.
