In my view the best of the 4 curry restaurants in Faversham. Good service, quality menu with a decent variety of dishes.

Personally I can’t praise this place enough. There are a few indian restaurants in Faversham and plenty more in Kent, but this one continues to suprise. Zee (sp?) the owner is happy to recommend food, chat with you and make it an enjoyable experience. Always service with a smile. They have just won a very well-​deserved award which was given to them at a fancy London venue, and they recently raised over £1,000 towards a local children’s charity. Evidence of these are proudly displayed on the wall.
Not only is the food excellent at this award-​winning restaurant, as previous review said, which includes unusual items like ostrich, but the atmosphere is very secluded, ambient and under-​stated. Not your average red and gold flock wallpaper here! Subtle light-​changes, waterfall walls (two at the entrance door) and bright well spaced tables make this THE place to dine. I highly recommend it for either a special occasion or to pop in on banquet nights for a very affordable, but tasty meal.

Faversham’s premier curry house, the Spice Lounge adds a little something different to the standard menu.
Sitting alongside perennial favourites the chicken tikka massala and vegetable biriani, are meals that include Ostrich and baked aubergines.
An excellent selection, expertly cooked by a fantastic chef and served in luxurious modern surroundings, unlike any Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to.
Highly recommended!
