Ideal location, let down by incompetent staff with attitude complexes. I popped in to get my bike serviced, something I didn’t see as too complex. The bike came back with the gears out of line and the front and rear mechs completely bent. When questioned why the gears were still fouling (as this was something I had paid to have rectified) I was told by the resident hipster that his bike made that noise too so it must be fine. If businesses prospered on unjustified arrogence and a commission structure based on how many times you can drop words like «shred» into general conversation then I am sure they will do just fine. However they won’t be getting my business again.
