I absolutely love this shop! Lush stocks handmade beauty and bath products that smell divine and are pretty to boot! I love browsing there, assisted by the very helpful staff, and picking out treats for myself and for friends, too. I stock up on the 10% discount vouchers, since the products can be quite pricey (£11 for a bottle of conditioner!) but I think that it’s worth it to treat yourself occasionally. The products at Lush are ethically made, and quite a few of them have been made for charity. It’s nice to find somewhere to get vegan toiletries. Yum!

I have always found Lush to be too overpoweringly smelly to actually go in there, although my wife can’t stay away from the place! The stuff she buys there seems to be ridiculously overpriced to me, but she’s happy with it (did I say happy? I mean more like in raptures!) — still, she comes out of the bathroom smelling nice, so I can’t complain. She’s always very happy with the staff there, who are as mad about the products as she is, and usually comes away with more than she intended to buy which shows they’re good at their jobs!

A great Lush store selling all their fab products– however, I do find that the amount of staff they have makes the small shop feel claustrophobic, and although the staff are extremely well meaning and try to be helpful, they can be a bit pushy and irritating if you just want to look at things on your own!

This shop smells divine! They have a lovely range of soaps and skin care products. They even do some products for men which is great! They have lots of testers so that you know what you are buying and the staff are wonderful at explaining how to use each product. They do lovely solid massage bars and bath bombs! Some designed to relax and some to lift your mood. They really have something for everyone in therewell anyone who needs a little TLC!

Nice store and the staff here are amazing. They know so much about the products and can tell you whatever you want to know. They often have quite good deals on where you get something for buying a certain product. They have lovely gift boxes ranging from about £5 so ideal for gifts or christmas presents.

I love Lush, and the Exeter store is no exception. Every time I walk past the shop the smell draws me in and and I have to go in and have a browse. Their staff are really helpful and always try and find you appropriate products. I love their products, and always buy them as pressies for others too!

this place smells divine and fragrances most of the high street too.
they stock a wide range of products including bath bombs, shampoo bars, soaps, lip balms etc. all the products are handmade.
they have lovely gift sets avaiable all ready made up and gift wrapped.
it is only a small shop, so can be tricky with a pushchair especially in busy periods.
i do try and get there on my own every now and then though, and the staff are really helpful. they have even offered to get my shopping for me and bring it to me while i wait outside, now that is what i call customer service

I cannot walk past this shop without going in! I love it. The staff are so great and well trained, its truly amazing. In this age of shops void of any customer service skills its a breath of fresh air to have staff like the ladies at Lush. They are helpful without being too crowding and they tell you about products without selling them. The staff obviously try to use everything in the store so that they can give exellent advise on it.
They have a lovely gift range and wonderful skin care products as well as pampering products. Great place to go for Christmas gifts and stocking fillers.
