Popular coffee stop. We got here at 11am and there was a monstrous queue. If you persevere, there’s a good selection of cakes, fresh sandwiches and good coffee. Service, as you’d expect, is courteous and efficient.

My friend Majorie and myself felt completely at home here. This café is redolent of that rather smug, comfy feel that comes from rubbing shoulders with other nice middle-class people. I don’t believe the riff raff are allowed in here. All power to your scones!

I’m disappointed with the roof terrace as it doesn’t look nearly dangerous enough. The railings are far too far away from the roof edge!
Otherwise.lovely. Great coffee too.
