Hello Sweety

This shop is amazing, the staff are fantastic — really helpful and friendly. Such a fun place to shop in and a great experience.

I just created this Qype account as I couldn’t believe Hello Sweety had just a 1 star rating! I think the last reviewer is either talking about the wrong shop or was possibly inebriated when writing their review. Hello Sweety in Exeter is possibly one of the best sweet shops I have ever been in, if not the best shop overall! Their customer service is second to none and whenever I shop in there I am always greeted with a huge hello and my whole shopping experience is perfect from start to finish. I always leave Hello Sweety with a big smile on my face. All I ever hear are good things about this shop so I thought it was a shame that their reputation should be tarnished by one person (with bad grammar). If only other shops in Exeter and beyond could follow Hello Sweety’s lead then maybe fewer shops would be closing down. I hope Hello Sweety continues to thrive on it’s success for years to come!!!

I was very disappointed with this place it may have been a bad day but they staff were very rude and to be quite frank useless then when i finally brought some things they seemed to not want to sell it to me i don’t know it may have been a bad day but it’s certainly put me off this ship
