This is a nicely laid out gym, there are a decent amount of CV machines however, there aren’t as many weights machines and when its busy it can get very tedious waiting for machines to free up. But on the other hand, not at peak times this gym is very good you can get a range of class anything from personal trainers to spinning classes. It also has a customer car park which is very helpful, again at peak times can be busy. Overall 4 stars (:

A well laid out FF gym with a pretty good relaxation area. Locker rooms & spa areas are upstairs with the CV & Weights on the main floor.
There are plenty of CV machines including bikes, cross trainers treadmills and Concept II rowing machines including model D PM3.
The gym has its own car park which at peak times can get a bit congested.
