Europlas have built a conservatory, fitted
solar panels and installed new patio doors. All three jobs were carried out
excellently and we are really pleased; though not the cheapest, the quality was good. However, recently found a minor fault
with one of the jobs; its taken 7 months to arrange an appointment and now that
appointment has been postponed twice not at all impressed with after-​sales
service, you have to do better!

Pretty poor and very expensive, very good sales man had us convinced they were the cheapest but they are far from it, Work was poor they left with a lot of work not done, big gaps in surrounds, patched up parts they bodged.
Had them come back and manager came to see work and said whats the problem looks fine to me until i showed him the bad bits, fixed them pretty quick because they had not had all our money by then.
3 years later windows will not shut properly-​tried to contact their warranty line it goes straight to answerphone left message to ring me back-​never got call-​left message on their web mail still no reply.
10 year warranty not worth the paper its written on.
I am all for a local business but this is a joke, avoid at all costs
