Contrary to a previous post I have to say this mob are actually very reliable and great value too.
I had monitored alarm system fitted by a cheerful couple of lads a few months back. Everything was as I expected — no hidden costs at all. This was nice, as I changed my mind about siting of a unit, and although it took a lot more work, they didn’t charge me any extra.
This was all a very pleasant surprise as they were also the lower of the quotes I got.
As a techno-​useless type, this is just what I wanted. Easy to operate, and if I get a problem I can call for assistance (and I don’t get laughed at by the young ladies in the head office or help desk or wherever they are.)
9 out of 10 from me.
