Moss

Well normally out my league, price wise. However a new year sale of shirts, drew me in.
One of the guys measured my neck, and drew out a blue shirt, one that will need cufflinks,
an ½ inch larger circumference, seemed would fit. Yet when I got it home I could not get the darned thing to do up without throttling myself!

If you want smart and do not want to hire, they do have sales of what I call
penguin suits. Are ties fasionable these days? Shirts with collars and cuffs, does that have to be only reserved for Derby Day, Ascot and the like?
Perhaps rolling stones like me gather no Moss!

I’m a bit worried for the chain as I’ve noticed that Moss Bros. has been rebadged as Moss. Did one brother go missing? At least they renamed it Moss rather than Bros which would have evoked memories of dodgy pop groups!
Moss is a formalwear hire shop and as I don’t own a DJ, I’ve been known to frequent this place for my occasional posh dressing up needs. Providing you give them enough notice, they’ve been good at getting stuff in for you in the right size. However, they do need quite a lot of time so don’t leave it til the day before.
Their DJs have always been comfortable and they have the full range of accessories like cummerbands and dress shirts.
They do also have sales for ex-​hire gear as well as new stuff so keep your eyes peeled.
If any of you spot that missing Moss brother, do let them know!
