Did actually go for an eye test with Boots Opticians. Very organised with lots of test equipment. The usual letter test, and what I call the «beep» test, that’s for field vision.
Needed an upgrade and was offered a pair of sunglasses, and told they would take one week. They did and I should have allowed more time for the fitting, that takes 30 minutes. All together not a frustrating experience, in fact well organised and efficient.
