Premier Travel Inn Enfield

Large and quite anonymous hotel. Check in at the reception took ages, booking hadn’t been registered correctly in the system, receptionist was slow and not really friendly. Also I had to ask for every tiny bit of useful information which you would usually get told straight away. WLAN is not for free either.
Anyways, the room was of a decent size and clean, too. The restaurant offers nice food at reasonable prices and has very friendly staff.

The restaurant is pretty good, but the hotel isn’t that great. I ordered some take out from the restaurant and took it back to my room and was told that housekeeping would take my dishes back to the restaurant for me. Well I returned to my room and found that they didn’t and my whole room smelled of old food. Needless to say I had to return the dishes myself which was a bit odd b/​c I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t clean up dishes that were left out. So I would say the service is a bit lacking. And the front desk ladies weren’t too nice either. And the ladies bathroom near the front desk is not very clean and also extremely warm which made it really uncomfortable to be in.
Other than that the room was pretty good and I got a good nights rest. The bed is pretty firm. The shower was alright. The air in the room worked fine. The people in the restaurant were also very friendly.
