this is the BEST fish and chip shop in the WORLD! My FIRST stop whenever I get back to England if at all possible! :)

George has been running this chip shop for years and there’s usually a short queue of people lining up each evening. The fish used to be really good a couple of years back and then the batter changed. Thinking about it, the chips also changed they used to be more New Potato and are now more King Edward (if you catch my drift). Don’t get me wrong, the fish is still good here but when you know it’s been better… it drops a star.
Nevertheless they are all so nice here and it’s all tasty. They more recently started serving fried chicken but never tried it myself.
